Each experience includes professional lighting, a custom photo template, personalized welcome screen, digital gallery access, and on-site support. The Halo and Luxe packages run up to 3 hours; the Lounge Booth runs up to 5 hours. On-site prints are included with every package — guests receive their photos instantly.
Submit your event details through our online availability form and we'll respond within one business day. Once confirmed, we collect a deposit to secure your date and handle all the logistics from there — setup timing, coordination, and event-day support.
Yes. We service Winnipeg and surrounding Manitoba communities including Selkirk, Steinbach, Portage la Prairie, Niverville, Beausejour, Gimli, Winkler, and Morden. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.
Additional hours can be added to any package based on availability. Extra hours are priced at $99/hr for the Halo Booth, $129/hr for the Luxe Booth, and $149/hr for the Lounge Booth. Just mention it when you submit your request.
Your digital gallery is delivered shortly after your event — typically within a few business days. You'll receive a shareable link so guests can easily download their photos.
On-site prints are included with all packages. Guests receive their photos instantly at the event. We also offer optional add-ons like keychains and custom bookmark sets for a minimum order of 20 pieces.
Yes. A professional attendant is included with every experience. They arrive early to set up, assist guests throughout the event, ensure everything runs smoothly, and handle teardown at the end — so you don't have to worry about a thing.
Popular dates book quickly, especially during wedding season (May–October) and around major holidays. We recommend reaching out as early as possible — ideally 4–8 weeks or more in advance — to secure your preferred date.
We arrive early to set up and test everything before your guests arrive. Our attendant manages the booth throughout your event, keeps the line moving, and assists with photos and prints. At the end of the evening, we handle all teardown — so you can focus on enjoying your celebration.
